The inspiring journey of the company’s founder begins in Zarqa in 1957, carrying roots that extend to the villages of Jenin, Palestine. His upbringing amidst difficult economic conditions, and the early challenge of his father’s passing, formed the cornerstone of his unique character. These harsh experiences not only instilled in him exceptional resilience and a profound sense of responsibility but also drove him to recognize the importance of self-reliance and perseverance as essential tools for success.

From his early teenage years, he did not hesitate to enter the world of hard work as a construction assistant, providing vital financial support to his family. Parallel to this early struggle, his determination for academic achievement was clear. He balanced work responsibilities with the demands of his studies, ultimately completing his academic education successfully in the field of Electrical works.

Leadership qualities were never absent from his character. His innate passion for commerce and his ability to influence and lead others were evident, serving as an internal compass that guided his professional and practical path through all its subsequent stages.

Upon graduating, his professional career was launched in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he honed his initial engineering expertise in the demanding work environment of the Riyadh Electricity Company between 1976 and 1979. However, his deep sense of responsibility towards his family and his duty to care for his mother led him to the decision to return to Jordan.

In his homeland, he was not content with conventional employment. He took the initiative to establish his own business in a vital field, specializing in manufacturing electrical panels for factories and stone quarries. Through this venture, he successfully applied his academic engineering expertise to the commercial landscape, demonstrating an early ability to transform knowledge into economic value.

Yet, his ambition always extended beyond the boundaries of engineering. Driven by his long-held passion for leadership, influence, and public service, he actively engaged in volunteer and syndicate work. These efforts culminated in a distinguished career at the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce, where he advanced through several important positions. These roles were not merely honorary; they provided him with extensive practical experience in understanding market mechanisms, building a robust network of relationships, and refining his negotiation skills.

In 1996, the pivotal moment arrived. Intelligently anticipating market needs and leveraging the deep commercial expertise he had built over the years, he made a bold strategic decision to enter the medical field. He established a successful partnership with a group of merchants, heralding the beginning of a new and impactful chapter in his career.

This move was the seed that grew and evolved into our leading company today. Thanks to his insightful economic vision and the leadership skills honed over decades of diverse practical experience—spanning engineering, commerce, and public service—the founder was able to steer the company towards sustainable development and growth, firmly and steadily placing it at the forefront of trusted and pioneering companies in this vital sector.
